In brief...
Sierra Soul project is the creative component of my International Baccalaureate ( IB) CAS.
This is a project I started in late September 2024. The idea was to make jeans more unique in order for the people who wear them express their personality.
The idea consist of assembling Mexican embroidery and vintage denim jeans while adding unique details to the pieces with Marocan hand-crafted buttons.
It was important for me to do this project as the world of fashion is something really appealing to me and as I wanted to show myself I was able to come-up with my own piece of clothing.

I always felt inspired by the Mexican culture, I myself own many belt with Mexican patterns and this is why when I came up with the idea of creating these jeans I knew I had to include it.
Morocan Soul
I went so many times to Marroco that I do not even count them. The artisanat, the culture, the soul have for sure impacted the way I grew as an individual.
Marocan artisan are getting less and less solicitate and I thought it was really important to not forget them while creating my jeans
Jeans from the world
I didn't know enough the clothing industry to start drawing my own jeans. This is why I made the choice to buy in bulk vintage jeans.
It's of course more eco-friendly and of course it give a real soul to my pieces.
